Cancellation:

You can cancel your order anytime between the time of purchase and up to 14 days after you receive your items. 

To cancel your order, just send us an email at sophie@fingersandthumbsdesign.com letting us know which item/s you wish to cancel or return and we will get it processed for you.

If your items have not yet been dispatched we will issue a refund as soon as possible. The funds should appear in your account within 5-7 days, depending on your bank and payment method.

If your items have already been sent, you have 21 days from the date you receive them to return. The refund will then be issued once we receive the items. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of the return postage. 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items:

In the event that your items arrive damaged or you believe there is a fault, just drop us an email and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note, we may ask you to send photos of the damage. 

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item for another, you must return it for a refund, then order the new item separately.

Is this item a gift? We can send your goodies directly to your loved one!

 

1. Add all the items you wish to send to the recipient to your basket.

2. Include one of our greetings cards in your order and write your custom message in the notes section at checkout.

3. Put your own address as the billing address and the recipient's address as the shipping address. Then complete the purchase. 

4. We hand-write your message in the greetings card, put it in the envelope and include it in the package with the rest of the goodies.

5. We send the package straight to your loved one with no postage fee!

 

Just a card in your basket? That's fine too! We can still write your message in it and send it straight to the recipient. Just follow the steps above.

 

Please Note:

We cannot split orders and send to different locations. If you want some items sent to you and some sent to a loved one, these must be put through as separate orders. UK shipping is free, so multiple orders is super easy!

 

We can only include a custom message in the order if you purchase a greetings card as part of the order.
