Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime between the time of purchase and up to 14 days after you receive your items.
To cancel your order, just send us an email at sophie@fingersandthumbsdesign.com letting us know which item/s you wish to cancel or return and we will get it processed for you.

If your items have not yet been dispatched we will issue a refund as soon as possible. The funds should appear in your account within 5-7 days, depending on your bank and payment method.

If your items have already been sent, you have 21 days from the date you receive them to return. The refund will then be issued once we receive the items. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of the return postage.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the event that your items arrive damaged or you believe there is a fault, just drop us an email and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note, we may ask you to send photos of the damage.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item for another, you must return it for a refund, then order the new item separately.
